ES cell expansion

We will expand additional clones of the in-house targeted ES cells or from external sources for chimera generation via blastocyst injections.

1. a completely filled out request form
2. proof of working genotyping PCR

Expansion of ES cells:

1200 CHF (+MWSt, non-USZ/UZH) per clone

We normally try to process your request as soon as they arrive. In case of a backlog of requests, the date of DNA receipt and the number of requests submitted by individual groups will determine the sequence in which the projects are carried out.
